There are two criteria that MUST be met:
1). The stallion MUST ship semen.
2). The stallion MUST have a shipped semen conception rate.

The advertising is for a one year period, and includes a page of information about your stallion, plus three photos, an extended pedigree, semen/shipping information, chute fees, produce for sale, etc. The photos can be of your stallion, produce, foals, win photos, facilities, etc.

Optionally, the stallion can voluntarily state semen information that will be added to the page. Stallions with semen info are downloaded 2-1 over stallions with no information listed. A stallion can also list if they have frozen semen available for purchase.
